The Thinking Behind Leadonist
The digital landscape has never been more competitive — or more accessible. Today, anyone can launch a website, run ads, and compete in virtually any market within days. That accessibility cuts both ways. It creates opportunity, but it also means that standing still is no longer neutral. It's a choice to fall behind.
Yet across industries where the economics of customer acquisition are blindingly obvious — where a single new client can be worth five or six figures — businesses still treat marketing spend as an expense to minimize rather than a lever to pull. In some categories, it borders on naive. The customer value is there. The demand is there. The hesitation is in understanding how to deploy capital against it with confidence.
That confidence is what I built my career on. I've spent years operating in some of the most ruthlessly competitive digital categories — industries like gaming and financial services, where media budgets are large, margins are forensically managed, and only the sharpest operators survive. What I learned is that aggressive, data-driven media investment isn't a risk. It's the engine. Without it, growth is accidental. With it, growth becomes a system.
I built Leadonist 1.0 to bring that system to businesses that don't have it. The performance-only model is the natural expression of that belief: if the methodology is sound, there's no reason the partner should carry the financial risk. We fund the spend, build the infrastructure, and invoice only when results are delivered. It's not a service arrangement — it's a partnership where both sides have skin in the game.
That model is built on trust as much as technology. The nature of high-value business means deals don't close with a click — they close in conversations, meetings, and relationships that happen far outside any tracking system. We've developed our own protocols to bring structure and transparency to that process, but the foundation is always the same: the partners worth working with are the ones who understand that shared success requires shared honesty. Those are exactly the partners I'm here to find and grow with.
The US market is where that model has the most room to run. American business culture is built around performance, results, and calculated risk-taking in a way that's genuinely rare elsewhere in the world. Miami in particular has emerged as a hub where entrepreneurial energy, capital, and ambition converge — and it's where I'm establishing Leadonist's home base to build the partnerships that will define the company's next chapter.

This Is What We Actually Do
Two business lines. One model. No invoices until results are in.
Partner Growth
— We identify businesses with strong products or services but limited capacity to scale customer acquisition
— We fund and run paid media campaigns across relevant channels
— We deliver qualified leads and track every hand-off through our proprietary sign-off protocol
— We invoice a commission when the partner closes the business
Owned Media
— We build and operate our own comparison portals and digital properties
— We drive traffic through paid and organic channels
— We monetize through established affiliate networks on a pure performance basis
— No inventory, no overhead — margin between acquisition cost and commission
This Is Exactly How We Do It
Market analysis
We identify the vertical, map search demand, and model the cost-per-click vs customer value before a single dollar is spent
Infrastructure build
Landing pages, tracking setup, content, and conversion optimization
Media deployment
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok — channels selected based on data, not default
Optimization
Continuous split testing, bid management, and conversion rate improvement
Invoice
When deals close and sales are registered. Not before.

Niclas Borgström
Founder & CEO, Leadonist
Founded by Swedish entreprenuer Niclas Borgstrom in 2026, Leadonist was built on a simple observation: every business needs growth, but most can't afford to gamble on marketing that might not deliver.
Niclas has spent his career operating in the most unforgiving corners of digital marketing — verticals where competition is ruthless, margins are razor-thin, and only the sharpest strategies survive. Succeeding there demands more than media buying. It takes ingenuity, a forensic understanding of data, and the ability to see clearly where every dollar is going and why.
That experience is the foundation Leadonist is built on. We bring it into every partnership — not as consultants billing by the hour, but as operators with skin in the game. We sit on the same side of the table as our partners, investing our own dollars to generate theirs.
