Hiring: Part-Time Operations and Marketing Coordinator

Leadonist is growing, and we're looking for someone to grow with us.

We're hiring a Part-Time Operations and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Coral Gables, Miami. This is a hybrid role — some days at the office, some days remote — designed for someone who wants real ownership of real work at a company that's building something from scratch.

Here's the honest version: Leadonist is early-stage. We're a performance marketing company that funds its own ad spend and only invoices when results are delivered. That model requires precision, speed, and people who don't need to be told what to do twice. This role exists so the CEO can focus on partnerships and strategy while someone sharp handles the day-to-day engine that keeps everything moving.

What you'll actually do

The work splits into two tracks:

Operations — You'll manage vendor relationships, keep the office logistics running, and make sure all financial documentation is organized and ready for our accountant. You'll be the primary point of contact for U.S. operations, which means you need to be reliable, organized, and comfortable owning processes end to end.

Content and marketing — You'll run the content side of our owned media properties, starting with a niche comparison portal for specialty goods. That means managing affiliate listings, writing and updating content — both for the sites and for ads — and making sure everything is optimized and current. You'll also edit short-form video content for TikTok — both organic posts and paid creative — to drive traffic to our digital assets.

What we're looking for

We don't have a checklist of required certifications or years of experience. What matters is that you're sharp, self-directed, and comfortable figuring things out. That said, if you already spend time on TikTok and understand how the platform actually works — the trends, the editing tools, what makes content perform — that's a genuine advantage. We'd rather hire someone who gets the culture of these platforms natively than someone with a marketing degree and no feel for it. And if things work out and Leadonist grows at the pace we're aiming for, we'd love to see this role develop into a full-time position.

You should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. This is a small team. There's no middle management. You'll communicate directly with the CEO and be expected to take initiative.

Fluency in English is a must. If you also speak Spanish, that's a significant plus.

  • Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week

  • Hybrid — Coral Gables office + remote
